1. The agreement
By installing any Shopicraft Solutions app from the Shopify App Store you agree to these terms. If you do not, uninstall the app.
2. The service
Each app adds one feature to your online store through a theme app extension, configured in Shopify's theme editor. The features of each app, and what its paid plan adds, are described on its App Store listing and inside the app.
3. Plans and billing
Every app has a free plan. Where an app offers a paid plan, it is billed monthly through Shopify's billing, at the price shown on the listing. You can change or cancel the plan at any time from the app; cancelling keeps the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and then returns you to the free plan. There are no usage charges and no charges outside Shopify.
4. Your responsibilities
What the apps display is under your control: the messages, the deadlines, the opening hours, the delivery estimates. You are responsible for keeping them truthful for your customers, and for complying with the laws that apply to your store, including age restrictions where you sell age-restricted goods. An age check shown by Age Verification is a self-declaration by the visitor and is not a verification of identity.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the apps for anything unlawful, do not try to circumvent the plan limits, and do not interfere with the service for others.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue an app or a feature; if we discontinue an app you are paying for, we will tell you inside the app at least 30 days before and you will not be charged after that.
7. Warranty and liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or lost profit arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You end this agreement by uninstalling the app. We may end it if you breach these terms.
